Whether you need advice, a site inspection, or a fast turnaround quote, our team is ready to assist. We respond promptly and provide clear guidance from the first conversation.
For small to medium sized projects, within 48 hours of the site inspection. Where investigation or water testing is needed first, we tell you that up front and the quote follows the report.
One point of contact at Remicon from first inspection to final sign-off. Remicon is the licensed builder and single accountable contractor, so the strata manager is never coordinating trades or chasing subcontractors.

Photo-documented progress at every stage, a completion pack with warranties, certificates and product data, and reports structured for strata records, insurance claims and builder warranty claims. Records are held on a project platform the strata manager can access.
Yes. Remicon holds a builder's licence, carries public liability and contract works insurance, and every trade on site is a licensed professional in their discipline. Certificates of currency are available on request.
Works are staged with the strata or facility manager, residents and tenants receive plain-language notice of dates and affected areas, and access to units and common areas is maintained. Noise, dust and hours are agreed before works start.
Yes. We attend in person or online to explain findings, options and costs in plain language so the committee can make a decision on the night rather than defer it.
Both, in that order. Remicon covers investigation, structural, external and internal works and the service trades, so the water source, the concrete it damaged and the ceiling below can sit in one scope with one warranty.
